Cookbook Favorites: Healthier Eats

Today I thought I would comb through my sizable collection of cookbooks to chat about a few of my favorites for healthier eating. While I love finding recipes online, as with literature, I will always have a soft spot for a real book. Not only do cookbooks provide numerous and curated recipes, they also provide inspiration, and are often beautifully put together. Below are a selection of my favorite cookbooks that are slightly more health conscious.

The Happy Pear by David and Stephen Flynn-Written by a pair of Irish twins who own a popular cafe, this cookbook is full of uncomplicated and delicious recipes, from soups and salads to desserts. It includes pictures of their families, lives, and restaurant, and touches on their journey to food and healthy living. I would highly recommend following this pair on Instagram and viewing their stories for daily motivation and inspiration-their constant cheer is infectious.
